  • Profile picture is critical - Professional, clear image where you're smiling (no AI-generated images, code screenshots, or poor quality selfies)

  • Location accuracy matters - Always list your current country/city of residence as some positions are region specific

  • LinkedIn is required - Profiles without linked professional accounts raise red flags during verification

Skills & Experience

  • Be specific with skills - If you're a Java engineer and don't list Java, we won't find you in searches

  • List core tech stack for each role - We need to track your experience history across different jobs
